Managing Change

Making a Difference

Managing Change: Making a Difference [Burgh House Training & Development:Managing Change]

About this course

Heraclitus of Ephesus (ca. 535-475BC) observed that “nothing endures but change”, and certainly change happens all the time. But achieving planned change, effectively and with the minimum or disruption, requires skill.

This course helps those who are challenged with bringing about change to gain a better understanding of how change impacts people as well as things and how to bring about change in an effective and people-friendly way.

If you want to know more about how we could deliver this course, or any of our courses, for your business, department or other organisation please contact us for an initial discussion. We will meet with you and discuss your requirements and how we would go about meeting them. This initial meeting is free, and at the end we will write to you to explain how we can help you and what it would cost. If you decide not to proceed you pay nothing; but we are confident that you will see the benefits of training with Burgh House Training & Development.

Can’t you just do it for me?

We can provide most of the activities we train on an Interim Manager basis; we do the work this time, and train your staff as we work using Personal Coaching for Business.
